Method
- In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt and finely chopped strawberries. If desired, add honey for extra sweetness and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture into a piping bag or a resealable plastic bag. If using a plastic bag, snip a small hole in one corner to pipe the dots.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- Pipe small dots of the strawberry yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving a little space between each dot.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer and allow the dots to freeze completely, about 1-2 hours.
- Once frozen, transfer the yogurt dots to an airtight container for storage in the freezer. Serve frozen as a refreshing snack.
Notes
You can use flavored yogurt for added variety. Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
