Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt and finely chopped strawberries. If desired, add honey for extra sweetness and mix well.
  2. Transfer the mixture into a piping bag or a resealable plastic bag. If using a plastic bag, snip a small hole in one corner to pipe the dots.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  4. Pipe small dots of the strawberry yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving a little space between each dot.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the freezer and allow the dots to freeze completely, about 1-2 hours.
  6. Once frozen, transfer the yogurt dots to an airtight container for storage in the freezer. Serve frozen as a refreshing snack.

Notes

You can use flavored yogurt for added variety. Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
