Method
 

  1. Wash and hull the strawberries, then slice them into halves or quarters.
  2. Place the strawberries, granulated sugar, and lemon juice into a blender or food processor.
  3. Blend until the mixture becomes smooth and fully pureed.
  4. Add the water to the blender and pulse again to combine thoroughly.
  5. Pour the strawberry mixture into a shallow container and cover with a lid or plastic wrap.
  6. Place the container in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours, stirring every hour to prevent large ice crystals from forming.
  7. Once the sorbet is fully frozen, scoop it into serving bowls and enjoy!

Notes

For a smoother texture, you can strain the strawberry puree before freezing.
